In this course, lets travel to Japan and Korea by learning the dishes that is widely popular not just in their county but also around the world. For the first dish, the students will learn how to make "Sukiyaki", which is originally a winter dish in Japan and usually made more tasty with raw egg. For the next dish, the students will learn how to make, "California Roll", the most popular style of sushi in the US, where it was originally made by a Japanese Chef. For the 3rd dish, the students will learn how to make "Japchae", a dish usually served in Korean Parties and special occasions. Lastly, for dessert, the students will learn how to make "White Chocolate Brownies", These Fudgy White Chocolate Brownies are just like your favorite fudge brownie, except these are made with white chocolate!
