In this course, the students will learn how to make "Chicken Teriyaki", a dish made with shiny, sweet sauce that our Jr chefs will surely love. For the 2nd dish, they will make Sweet and Sour Pork, a delightful Chinese dish made of crispy breaded pork cubes cooked in a sweet and sour sauce. For the 3rd dish, the students will learn how to make "Vietnamese Spring Roll" which is made with vegetables wrapped in rice paper and paired with a yummy peanut sauce. Vietnamese spring rolls are a refreshing appetizer for an Asian-inspired meal that is very fun and easy to make. Lastly, the students will learn how to make S'mores cupcake, a summer camp favorite flavor. Perfect for this summer cooking activity!
