In this course, the students will learn how to make the classic filipino favorite "Adobo". It is believed that this dish was brought to us by the Spanish and was later on developed by our ancestors. For the 2nd Dish, they will learn how to make Kare-Kare, a stew complimented with a thick savory peanut sauce eaten with "bagoong" or fermented fish. For the 3rd dish, the students will learn how to make a Filipino Style Spaghetti which is made with hotdogs and sweet tomato sauce. Lastly for dessert, they will learn how to make "Coconut Macarons", a light yet very chewy dessert made with desiccated coconut. Now theres nothing more Filipino than that.
