This course includes ingredients for all dishes, Red Apron, Chef's hat, recipes/handouts, cooked food and Certificate of Completion. 3 Day Beginner Cooks 101 Class (Kitchen and Cooking Basics), P6,000/student, 12:30-4:30pm. Day 1 - Proper Hygiene ( washing hands) - Pre & Post Food Prep (washing of food and equipment before and after) - Hands On Knife Skills ( slicing of vegetables: minced, diced, julienne, cubes etc., proper use of coded chopping boards) - Ref & Freezer Arrangement ( portioning, labeling, containers to use and lifespan) - Cook 1 Chop Suey - Table Setting Day 2 - Adobo - California Maki/ Futomaki with prep - Beef sukiyaki Day 3 - Paella - Lasagna - Pad Thai
